- Execute upselling strategies to promote premium coffee products and seasonal promotions
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution
- Maintain cleanliness and operational standards in all customer-facing areas
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless outlet operations during peak hours
- Monitor inventory levels and report supply requirements to management
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations as per company standards
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Exceptional communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English proficiency
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and transaction processing
- Positive attitude with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to complete product knowledge training
