Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operations of the retail outlet to ensure smooth functioning and excellent customer experience
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Implement effective merchandising strategies and maintain visual display standards
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and ensure proper stock management
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies for business improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to enhance business opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years experience in retail management or sales leadership role
- Strong leadership and team management abilities with proven track record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team coordination
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising principles, and inventory management
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and retail management systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
