Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage daily outlet operations to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Develop, train, and motivate retail teams to maximize performance and customer satisfaction
- Implement visual merchandising standards and promotional campaigns
- Monitor inventory levels, stock control, and loss prevention protocols
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product placement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
- Build relationships with key customers and local business partners
- Prepare performance reports and actionable improvement plans
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience in fast-paced environments
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with team development expertise
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of retail inventory systems and visual merchandising
- Proficient in data analysis and performance reporting
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
