Tanggung Jawab
- Lead daily outlet operations including staff supervision, inventory management, and sales target achievement
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
- Train, mentor, and motivate retail team members to maintain high service standards
- Monitor outlet performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, visual merchandising, and operational protocols
- Build strong customer relationships and handle escalations with professionalism
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock levels
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in retail management or sales leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in retail management software and inventory systems
