Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the realme brand.
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers regarding smartphones, smartwatches, and accessories.
- Assist customers with inquiries, technical support, and processing transactions at the Point of Sale (POS).
- Conduct daily store operations, including stock checks, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in any field, or at least SPM/SPMV qualification.
- Strong passion for mobile technology, consumer electronics, and the latest gadgets.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn POS systems quickly.
- Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the retail industry.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and assist with product displays.
