Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers warmly, providing product knowledge and recommendations.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales and returns.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves to ensure products are always available.
- Assist in visual merchandising to maintain an attractive and organized store display.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Support store management with daily operational tasks and promotional activities.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and compliant with company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM/IGCSE or equivalent qualification.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
- Basic computer literacy for POS operations.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and move around the store.
