- Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure 100% compliance with safety, health, and service standards.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage inventory levels, supply chain, and cost-control measures to maximize outlet profitability.
- Develop and implement local marketing and engagement strategies to drive foot traffic and increase sales revenue.
- Handle customer feedback professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty.
- Analyze daily and weekly performance reports to identify trends and operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure the outlet environment remains clean, inviting, and aligned with YOCHI ASIA's brand identity.
Kualifikasi
- At least 3-5 years of management experience in the hospitality, F&B, or retail industry.
- Proven track record in driving sales targets and managing operational P&L.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and train staff members.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required by the business.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and energetic environment.
- Professional certification in F&B management or related hospitality studies is a plus.
