Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all daily outlet operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and service delivery.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to foster a culture of excellence and high guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, COGS, and operational expenses to maximize profitability.
- Drive sales growth through effective promotion of menu items and upselling strategies.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Develop and implement operational protocols to streamline workflows and improve guest turnaround times.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly performance reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in high-end lifestyle, hospitality, or F&B outlets.
- Proven track record of building, leading, and retaining high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software.
- A commitment to delivering world-class hospitality and luxury guest experiences.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
