Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, upselling techniques, and market trend analysis
- Implement and maintain exceptional customer service standards to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead and develop high-performing teams through training, mentorship, and performance evaluation
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and foot traffic
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain positive brand reputation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management with proven revenue growth track record
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop diverse teams
- Expertise in cost control, inventory management, and P&L statement analysis
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments during peak hours
- Creative problem-solving mindset with focus on continuous improvement
