Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end daily outlet operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure all store activities strictly adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and local labor laws.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the outlet team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock procurement, and minimize shrinkage.
- Maintain high standards of store appearance, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Analyze sales data and operational reports to identify trends and implement improvement strategies.
- Handle customer escalations professionally to maintain brand reputation and loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management or outlet operations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing operational budgets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage a team of diverse backgrounds.
- Deep understanding of retail compliance, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required.
