Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily outlet operations to ensure seamless workflow and high-quality service.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
- Manage and train outlet staff, fostering a collaborative and service-oriented team environment.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and oversee product displays.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational protocols within the store.
- Provide professional consultation to customers regarding optical products, frames, and lenses.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Prepare regular financial reports and performance updates for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably in the optical or healthcare industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle operational challenges.
- Willingness to work under a contract basis in Sukoharjo, Jawa Tengah.
