Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and manage the outlet team to achieve sales targets and performance goals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently met
- Oversee daily operations including inventory management, merchandising, and staff scheduling
- Train and develop team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the customer experience
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management or outlet leadership
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance
- Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate others
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in sales analytics and inventory management systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of automotive industry is considered an asset
