As our Outlet Manager, you will be the face of our branch, ensuring that every customer receives the best service and that our high standards for food quality are consistently met. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end daily outlet operations to ensure smooth workflows and service standards.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, supply orders, and minimize waste to optimize outlet profitability.
- Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards across the facility.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve operational issues on the floor immediately.
- Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in restaurant, retail, or cafe management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and train diverse team members.
- Hands-on management style: comfortable working on the floor during peak hours.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and commitment to operational excellence.
- Local candidates residing in Yogyakarta are highly preferred.
