Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily café operations ensuring exceptional customer service and brand standards
- Lead and develop a high-performing team through training and performance management
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and cost control measures
- Implement marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and increase revenue
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain positive relationships

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in café or restaurant management
- Proven leadership skills with team development experience
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations and inventory management

- Basic accounting and financial reporting knowledge
