Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service and adherence to company standards.
- Manage, train, and mentor staff to foster a high-performance team culture.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage waste reduction strategies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Analyze financial reports and KPI performance to improve outlet profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Coordinate with regional management to execute marketing and promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an F&B management or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including P&L management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems quickly in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and standard Point-of-Sale (POS) software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
