Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily outlet operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with safety standards
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly targets and enhance customer retention
- Train and mentor team members on service excellence, product knowledge, and operational procedures
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and optimize resource utilization
- Resolve customer complaints promptly while maintaining high satisfaction standards
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote outlet services and seasonal promotions
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement staff development plans
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in hospitality management or similar leadership role
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs in retail/service environments
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, POS systems, and financial controls
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Certification in hospitality management or business administration preferred
- Proficiency in English; Bahasa Malaysia fluency advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
