Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service standards are met
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure optimal stock availability
- Develop and execute sales promotions to drive customer traffic and increase revenue
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory, and customer feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the lifestyle industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills with proven track record of developing staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Proficiency in retail management software and POS systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is highly desirable
