Are you a passionate leader with a flair for customer service and a love for world-famous cream puffs? Pegacorn is seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Outlet Manager to oversee our Beard Papa's location at the iconic Berjaya Times Square in Kuala Lumpur.

As the face of our outlet, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining the highest standards of food quality, and fostering a positive team environment. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced F&B professional to take ownership of store performance, drive sales growth, and deliver the signature 'Beard Papa' experience to our diverse customer base in one of the city's busiest malls.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily operations of the Beard Papa's outlet, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Manage, train, and mentor a team of store staff to ensure high-quality service and product consistency.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock orders, and reduce wastage to maintain healthy profit margins.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards according to company policy.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to maintain brand reputation.
  • Prepare accurate daily sales reports and manage cash handling procedures efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the management team to execute marketing promotions and drive store traffic.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or F&B management, preferably in a fast-paced kiosk or café setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay (Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Strong numerical ability for sales reporting and inventory management.
  • Flexible work schedule, including availability to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required by mall operations.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a high sense of responsibility.
  • Prior experience with POS systems and inventory software is preferred.
