Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily outlet operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling procedures
- Drive sales performance through team coaching, visual merchandising execution, and promotional campaign implementation
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards through staff training and direct customer interaction
- Monitor product quality, hygiene compliance, and operational efficiency across all assigned outlets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with mall management and key stakeholders
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and implement action plans
- Conduct staff training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand standards
- Manage outlet budgets and control operational expenses to maximize profitability
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years in retail management with proven team leadership experience
- Strong background in F&B, confectionary, or premium retail environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer-centric mindset
- Proficient in inventory management systems and retail POS software
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Problem-solving skills with ability to make operational decisions independently
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and mall-specific operating hours
