Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure a smooth, efficient workflow.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of staff to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to company recipes.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock ordering to minimize waste.
- Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to boost revenue.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or Store Manager in the retail or F&B sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of financial management and budgeting is preferred.
- Valid Food Hygiene Certificate is an added advantage.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
