Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily operations of the iTea outlet, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards.
- Manage manpower scheduling and staffing levels to meet sales targets and labor requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and minimize wastage to maximize profitability.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract new customers.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct regular staff briefings and performance reviews to foster a productive team culture.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a managerial role within the F&B or retail sector.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a customer-centric approach.
- Valid work pass (if applicable) for Singaporean or PR candidates.
