Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of the Kindee Thai Restaurant & Cafe outlet
- Manage and train staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Implement marketing strategies to increase customer traffic and sales
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve profitability
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management
