Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily outlet operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets
- Train and mentor staff on service standards, product knowledge, and safety protocols
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance dining experience
- Manage financial aspects including budgeting, cost control, and expense reporting
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and community engagement activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in hospitality management or food service leadership
- Proven track record in sales performance and team development
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and food service operations
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in inventory management and POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Relevant certification in hospitality management preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
