Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and optimal guest satisfaction.
- Manage, train, and mentor outlet staff to maintain high service standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clientele, ensuring seamless communication.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage food costs, and handle stock replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the outlet.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to uphold the company's reputation.
- Prepare daily reports on sales performance, foot traffic, and staff productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior experience in F&B or hospitality is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Mandarin and Indonesian.
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory and reporting systems.
