Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Train, mentor, and supervise the retail staff to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels, stock control, and ordering to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Monitor and achieve daily sales targets and revenue goals through effective merchandising.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations (HACCP standards).
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance the brand reputation.
- Prepare daily reports, manage cash handling, and process bank deposits accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or higher in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail or F&B outlet management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems and reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- A keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for the confectionary industry.
