Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth functioning and high standards
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Conduct staff scheduling and performance evaluations
- Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality or retail
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Basic financial acumen and budgeting experience
