Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Drive sales performance through team leadership, customer engagement, and visual merchandising
- Implement and monitor food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, customer service protocols, and operational procedures
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and implement effective sales strategies
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure optimal stock levels of premium confectionaries
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve service issues promptly
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate financial records
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in retail/hospitality management with 1+ year in supervisory role
- Proven track record in sales target achievement and team leadership
- Strong knowledge of F&B operations, inventory systems, and POS technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer-centric approach
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
