Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth functioning and high standards
- Manage and motivate the team to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Ensure product quality and freshness standards are maintained
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock rotation
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge and service standards
- Implement visual merchandising to enhance customer experience
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or hospitality management
- Previous experience in food retail or bakery operations preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
