Tanggung Jawab
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the bakery outlet, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Customer Experience: Ensure high standards of customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Sales & Performance: Monitor daily sales targets, analyze performance reports, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and minimize waste to control costs effectively.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies at all times.
- Marketing: Promote the outlet within the mall and engage in local community activities to enhance brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management, preferably within the bakery, confectionery, or F&B sector.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading a team and managing store operations effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle customer feedback professionally.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure during peak hours.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using POS systems and basic MS Office applications.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
