Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily outlet operations including staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and beverage service standards
- Implement and maintain health, safety, and hygiene protocols compliant with local regulations
- Manage inventory control, stock ordering, and waste reduction initiatives
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and enhance guest satisfaction
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to optimize revenue and profitability
- Coordinate with kitchen and support teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant supervision or F&B management
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, food safety standards, and inventory control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer-centric approach
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments during peak hours
- Proficiency in restaurant management systems and POS technology
- Certification in food safety handling (e.g., HACCP) preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin beneficial for diverse clientele
