- Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure exceptional service standards and efficiency
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance optimization
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and supply chain logistics
- Implement and maintain health, safety, and sanitation protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to maximize revenue
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Outlet Supervisor or Team Lead in hospitality
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Certification in hospitality management is advantageous
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
