- Oversee and manage all daily outlet operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock ordering, and minimize waste to optimize profitability.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Drive sales performance by implementing strategies and promoting special offers.
- Maintain outlet cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Handle cash management, daily sales reports, and other administrative duties accurately.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven supervisory experience in a retail, F&B, or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of motivating and developing staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with staff and customers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage daily operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the business.
- Proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
- Relevant Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
