Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth functioning and compliance with company standards
- Lead and motivate retail teams to achieve sales targets and maintain exceptional customer service
- Monitor inventory levels, implement stock control procedures, and coordinate product replenishment
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement protocols
- Analyze sales performance data and implement strategies to optimize revenue and customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer complaints and implement solutions to enhance service quality
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff performance
- Coordinate with suppliers and store management to ensure timely product availability
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or hospitality supervision/management
- Strong leadership abilities with proven team management and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer and staff interactions
- Proficiency in sales techniques and customer service best practices
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
