Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and develop kitchen staff to maintain high performance standards
- Ensure adherence to food safety protocols, hygiene standards, and operational procedures
- Manage inventory control, ordering, and cost optimization for kitchen operations
- Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality or food service
