Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of service staff to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the outlet.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a resolution-oriented mindset.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock ordering, and minimize wastage.
- Optimize staff scheduling to ensure peak operational coverage and labor cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for increasing outlet sales and profitability.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant, cafe, or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and maintain high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Solid understanding of POS systems and basic inventory management software.
- Proven ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
