Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily outlet operations including staff scheduling and workflow management
- Train and mentor team members on service standards and operational procedures
- Implement quality control measures to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply chain logistics
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues effectively
- Analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments for seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality supervision or team leadership
- Proven track record in customer service excellence and staff management
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to operational details
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Relevant certification in hospitality management preferred
