Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure seamless service delivery and workflow efficiency.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor team members to maintain high performance and professional standards.
- Develop and implement local marketing strategies to increase outlet visibility and foot traffic.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to consistently achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Manage HR-related tasks at the outlet level, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety protocols, and service quality benchmarks.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local partners and the community to support business growth.
- Prepare regular operational and financial reports for upper management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a cafe, restaurant, or leisure business.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical skills for financial reporting and target tracking.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (and English is a plus).
- Resilient under pressure with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales and implementing service improvements.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and POS systems.
