Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily outlet operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Lead, train, and motivate sales teams to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Implement and maintain company standards for customer service and product presentation
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to optimize operational efficiency
- Manage stock inventory, ordering processes, and loss prevention measures
- Develop action plans to boost sales and improve customer satisfaction metrics
- Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in retail or hospitality
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and point-of-sale software
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian retail market trends and consumer behavior
- Relevant degree or certification in business management preferred
