In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our daily operations, ensuring that every bowl of authentic laksa we serve meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
As an Outlet Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing floor operations, managing staff performance, and driving sales growth. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail/food environment, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and is dedicated to creating an exceptional dining experience for our customers. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise outlet staff to ensure high levels of service and productivity.
- Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory reconciliation.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and preparation consistency to uphold D'Laksa brand standards.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve feedback efficiently to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards across the kitchen and service areas.
- Analyze daily sales reports and implement strategies to meet outlet revenue targets.
- Coordinate staff scheduling to ensure optimal coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
- Maintain accurate records of raw material consumption and assist with inventory procurement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of supervisory or team lead experience in the F&B or retail sector.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and English.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Proficiency in basic POS systems and Microsoft Office for administrative reporting.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by the shopping mall schedule.
- Strong commitment to food safety and customer service excellence.
