Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to company SOPs.
- Lead, train, and mentor outlet staff to foster a culture of service excellence and teamwork.
- Conduct regular quality control checks on food, beverage, and service delivery to meet brand standards.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock opname, and minimize wastage through efficient cost control measures.
- Monitor outlet financial performance, including daily cash handling and sales reporting.
- Address customer feedback promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an F&B supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of F&B operational workflows, inventory management, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle operational challenges under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic administrative reporting.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
