Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to company SOPs.
  • Lead, train, and mentor outlet staff to foster a culture of service excellence and teamwork.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks on food, beverage, and service delivery to meet brand standards.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct stock opname, and minimize wastage through efficient cost control measures.
  • Monitor outlet financial performance, including daily cash handling and sales reporting.
  • Address customer feedback promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an F&B supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of F&B operational workflows, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle operational challenges under pressure.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic administrative reporting.
