Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to maintain high service standards
- Monitor inventory management and stock replenishment processes
- Implement and enforce food safety, hygiene, and operational protocols
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for management review
- Coordinate with suppliers to maintain quality and cost-efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in F&B or retail
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
