Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth workflow
- Lead and motivate the service crew to deliver excellent customer service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Assist in training new staff members
- Prepare reports on sales and operational performance
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in F&B or hospitality industry is an advantage
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Customer service oriented
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Possess own transport (preferred)
