Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand client base in the electronics distribution sector
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
- Present Heilind's product portfolio and solutions to meet customer technical requirements
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while achieving quarterly targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction
- Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of outside sales or account management experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in electronics or technical sales
- Strong proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business in competitive markets
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency preferred
- Valid driver's license and willingness for regional travel
