Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand business portfolios within the assigned territory.
- Conduct high-quality product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the value of Atac Technology Solution's offerings.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation, contract signing, and account retention.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and technical support teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Regularly review sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management within the technology or B2B sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence clients effectively.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Willingness to travel within the region (Kuala Lumpur, Johor, Penang) to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
