In this pivotal role, you will act as a guide and mentor to students, assisting them in navigating the complex process of studying abroad.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert advice on choosing the right university and course based on the student's academic background, career aspirations, and financial budget. You will guide them through every step, from selecting institutions to preparing for visa applications and departure. Tanggung Jawab
- Advise students on university selection, course options, and study destinations based on their academic and personal profiles.
- Assist clients with the end-to-end process of applying to overseas universities and colleges.
- Guide students through visa application procedures, documentation requirements, and interview preparation.
- Conduct career counseling sessions to align study choices with the student's long-term professional goals.
- Market and promote AECC services to prospective students, parents, and educational partners.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, applications, and progress.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process for clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build rapport with students.
- Strong knowledge of overseas education systems, university rankings, and visa regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) and proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Previous experience in counseling, sales, or the education sector is highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel for industry events or client meetings if required.
