As the Owner, you will play a critical role in decision-making, from inventory management and staff supervision to financial reporting and service quality assurance. You will ensure that all health and safety standards are met while creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and quality control to ensure menu standards are met.
- Manage cashier functions, including daily cash handling, sales reconciliation, and transaction accuracy.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas at all times.
- Monitor stock levels for ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed to prevent shortages.
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Analyze daily sales reports and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Ensure all safety and health regulations are strictly followed in compliance with local laws.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in restaurant management, kitchen operations, or owning a small business.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene protocols.
- Excellent math skills for accurate cash management and inventory tracking.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to lead a diverse team.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Basic understanding of financial management and profit and loss statements.
- A valid food handler license (if applicable in Indonesia).
