Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, managing inquiries and providing timely updates on property performance.
- Maintain and update owner databases with accurate contact, financial, and contract information.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure owner requests and property maintenance issues are addressed promptly.
- Prepare and distribute regular owner reports, including occupancy statistics, revenue summaries, and expense breakdowns.
- Assist in organizing owner events, site inspections, and meetings to foster strong professional relationships.
- Support the finance team in processing owner payouts and reconciling monthly statements.
- Monitor and address any owner concerns with a focus on problem-solving and service excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior internship experience in hospitality or property management is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and welcoming attitude.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
