Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients regarding payments, billing inquiries, and account management
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management system
- Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer concerns and find appropriate solutions
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing the customer experience
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or similar role
- Excellent communication skills with clear and professional verbal abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency with computer systems and customer relationship management software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends as needed
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset and patience when handling difficult situations
