Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients regarding payments, billing inquiries, and account management
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management system
  • Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer concerns and find appropriate solutions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or similar role
  • Excellent communication skills with clear and professional verbal abilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Proficiency with computer systems and customer relationship management software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends as needed
