Eye-Share Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic P2P Advisor / Project Manager to lead customer implementations and streamline our innovative solutions. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between complex technical solutions and business needs, ensuring seamless adoption and optimization of our platform for our valued clients.
You will be responsible for driving the successful rollout of Eye-Share solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders. By identifying process gaps and recommending strategic improvements, you will help businesses achieve operational excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end customer implementation projects for Eye-Share solutions, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and clients to streamline procure-to-pay (P2P) workflows and identify process gaps.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions and workshops to ensure high client adoption of the Eye-Share platform.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, providing expert guidance on P2P processes and system functionalities.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, utilizing project management tools to track progress.
- Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives for both internal teams and external clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, P2P Advisory, or Customer Implementation roles.
- Strong understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) processes, ERP systems, and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel to client sites for project kick-offs and training sessions as required.
