- Design semiconductor packages and tooling using CAD software (e.g., Cadence, Altium)
- Develop thermal and mechanical simulations for package validation

- Create detailed documentation for manufacturing processes
- Analyze and resolve packaging-related technical issues
- Optimize designs for cost-effectiveness and scalability
- Stay current with industry packaging standards and innovations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of semiconductor package design experience
- Proficiency in CAD and simulation tools (ANSYS, COMSOL)
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Experience with thermal management and material science
- Knowledge of IPC standards and JEDEC specifications
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
